yoga class

This monthly longer class offers space for a full yoga practice. Expect pranayama, a full flow giving you the opportunity to work on more advanced transitions and asana and a proper savasana at the end. The aim is to grow your practice, to be playful and explore with our movement and to build a community of like minded yogis. This class is created to advance your practice, you don't have to be an advanced practitioner!
Open to all ages and fitness levels, some yoga experience will be helpful. Mats and props are available in studio if you need to borrow them.
This class is held at Eskbank Yoga Lounge, just opposite Morrisons in Dalkeith.

Join me for two hours to focus on yourself! Expect to move your body, connect in community and shake your soul, you will leave feeling refreshed and ready to tackle your wellness with a few new tools. We will flow, journal, meditate, support each other and explore how we can strive for wellness in a holistic way. And to finish off, there'll be drinks and nibbles in the club room.
All fitness levels are welcome, just bring yourself, an open mind and your water bottle, we will take care of the rest.
